A winding palm lined entrance leads you to our villa which sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. ***Please note that this house has camera's outside the house facing the front door, driveway, both sides of the house. NO camera's are in the living and pool area.*** Master Suite This tastefully decorated bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks and leads directly to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with a access door to the patio area. 2nd Master Bedroom This cozy room has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 This kid's bedroom has two twin beds. Bedroom 4 This beautifully decorated room has a double bed with a hallway bathroom right next to it. The elegant living room and dining room are decorated and equipped for the more formal occasions. An open concept kitchen, breakfast area and family room has all the comforts of home. The family room which overlooks the pool and deck area. Renting a luxury vacation villa provides you with comfort and considerably more space than a hotel room, the ability to come and go in your own time and a great deal more for your money. KITCHEN

Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freeze, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

GAMEROOM

To keep you entertained we have located a gameroom in the garage area. Including a pool table, foose ball and basketball. Please that parking motor bikes and cars aren't allowed in the garage. Important notice for Garage: Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage. The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only. The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects.

Walmart, CVS, Publix Supermarket, and many casual sit-down and fast food restaurants located within a 5-10 minute drive from the townhome. Orlando International Airport is located 30 minutes from the resort.

Clubhouse entrance near the front gate with free parking includes:

· Fully staffed Guest Services Desk (general resort questions and to buy theme park tickets, rent sports equipment)

· Gym, sauna, and clubroom featuring table and chairs along with a business center with computer and printer

· Playground for the kids, heated pool and outdoor spa (no lifeguard on duty). Pool area provides a wonderful view of a nearby lake and surrounding woods, pool deck includes many lounge chairs and seating areas. Staffed Tiki Bar provides food and drinks.

· Bicycle rental, sand volleyball court, basketball, pickle-ball and tennis court available (see Guest Services Desk attendant to rent and inquire about equipment)

· 11-acre Nature Trail directly behind the townhome and located within the gated community grounds. Escape the hustle and bustle and experience solitude and tranquility just a few steps away from your door.

· The resort does allow Uber, Lyft, and other ride-sharing companies to pick up here at the resort. Save time and money by leaving your car here. Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
