Please note that it has a camera outside the front door facing the entryway. Children are more than welcome in this beautiful home. Pets of any kind are strictly not allowed. The management company can assist with providing additional maid service. The home is located within the gated Emerald Island Resort community. Every vehicle must buy an Emerald Island Access Card from the HOA.
